Pluto shows great chow at the base of the monument is receiving military and decided he wanted some of that. He sneaked in and disguises himself as Gunther goats, but "food" is just a series of tin. Gunther ran him off. Then, Gunther some chewing tobacco, so Pluto does the same, in which pieces to impress his soldiers, but Gunther and make him swallow it, as Pluto turns all color.
